Peter Severinson asks, "How are you dealing with the strong loonie?"

Everybody is going to be faced with some of it because the dollar is such a big part of international business. We try to have a diverse international customer base, and that spreads the risk around. We have international clients in Korea, China, Japan, and we have them in Europe as well. I say, whatever level of business that you’re in today, you need to be in the international market. Jim McFarlane, president, International Submarine Engineering Ltd.

Peter Severinson is a writer and editor with BCBusiness magazine.
