		It’s no secret that the Vancouver Police Department is stretched to the limit.  With gang-style shootings and meth labs keeping public officers busy, business is exploding for the local private security industry – almost double the size of the VPD – which is picking up the slack, assisting in arrests and even going undercover to hunt down bad guys.		&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
